Got to the property at 3 to check in but was told it was closed until 3:30 so we left. We got back around 8-9pm. Once checked in went to room and we put the lock on and got stuck in the room (had to use my phone as an hammer to get the lock to open) and the bed and headboard were all messed up. Went back to the office to try a different room. The second room was soooo much worse!!! Every drawer was open on the dresser, there was 1 pillow, the tiles were broken going to the bathroom, the floor was all messed up in the room area, the shower rod was bent in half and all rusted, the air vent in the bathroom was missing, there were holes in the wall, the ceiling has water damage and the door was all banged up. Rooms smell like cigarettes and as soon as you open the car door smells like sewer. I have a 5 month old and could not stay there. Currently in the process of trying to get a refund through Expedia because of this disaster hotel. Had to find another place at night in a city I don’t know.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The entire property is broken down, urine on sidewalks. The rooms have holes in the walls and doors and graffiti on the walls. Many vagrants and drug users around. Every surface is stained. Every door is broken. Everything is in disrepair. Welcome to the pit of despair.

homless people eyerywhere that is apparently their customer goal.first room door would not unlock.someone from office tried showed me the TRICK to open.that room was filty.asked for another room,preferribly with a good lock.the second room even more disgusting.asked for and recieved a refund.life lesson;all that glitters is not gold. expedia should offer this to their users

Would not stay here EVER in life again!!! Didn’t see any bugs but the rooms was just DISRESPECTFUL!!! First room had poop in the toilet, a dust pan in the bathtub, no covers, stains on the sheets, & the tv was ripped off the wall!! The second room wasn’t much better except it was decent enough to lay down in. This room at least had a tv. Paid for 2 beds and only got one which was a pain because there were 4 of us. We made the best of it that night and left the next morning

Rooms are in the process of being renovated (I think), but they are still renting rooms that look like they were homeless housing (which we received). The list of problems is so great I will just say we asked for and received a full refund and went up the street to a competitor. Office staff was friendly, but rooms… absolutely no excuses are acceptable for their condition. If you choose to stay here, check out the room prior to moving anything from your car into the room. Good luck!

We did not stay there. Asked for a refund. The room did not have a TV, towels. There were screws on the bed. I asked for non smoking room. The entire room smelled like cigarettes. Being that I'm asthmatic, I couldn't stay there. The front door wouldn't close. Very poor. I would like a refund.
