"Pretty raw... but decent for the price..no wifi u have to pay..friendly staff, but most of all the best upgrade premier made was change management!!! Hes friendly, nice and approachable...premier is in its stage of remodeling...it is looking good the most part.. food nearby and shopping as well... alot of homeless but thats everywhere..they are nice and helpful..just need a handup..look w a caring heart not w a snobby one... god forbid u dont EVER end up there... all in all premier is a good...

"The place was clean and big as expected from an extended stay. There were also a few food places and shops that walking distance but not great choices. It was comfortable and the service was as expected. What wasn’t convenient was that the hotel only had one entrance/exit. The bathtub was moldy. Also the air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room. It just suddenly blasted air and it was cold near it for a moment then it got hot again. That made sleeping difficult because it was constantly hot...

"Pros: the pools are fun for the kids, the staff is easy to communicate with and responsive, the property has a lot of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the property is outdated, and the room was very dirty, carpet filthy, walls and couches had stains, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close."

"We're returning guests. The location of this property is hard to beat. You're close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. For the adventurous, ask for one of the rooms up the hill. Your legs will get a bit of a workout, but the view is amazing. Oh, and make sure your car has good brakes."
