"A lot of shady characters all over the property, the traffic outside was too loud, made it difficult for me to get some sleep, i was denied an extra blanket and comforter when I asked the front desk"

"Long wait at front desk to check in and for any questions/concerns. They don't answer their phone either. No waste basket, no towel bars or toilet paper holder. No ice at motel and no fridge in room. No working light in bathroom which also had no door. Ceiling was falling off, and deadbolt on door was unfunctional. Key card quit working on day 2. Swimming pool vacant because it is disgusting. Noisey freeway nearby was drowned out by even noisier neighbors. Photo online is deceptive/misleading. Avoid this place unless you're absolutely desperate with nowhere else to go."
