"This property was large enough for my group of 8 to fit comfortably. The backyard was spacious and very accommodating. Be aware that a nearby neighbor owns at least one rooster and another (or maybe the same?) has a heavy bag or something that he hits frequently. While we were unloading the car, a man approached us trying to solicit internet or TV services and an Uber driver remarked that we were not in a great part of town. However, the neighborhood was quiet and I did not feel unsafe....
