"It could have been better. The location and price met our needs for a last minute solution for a trip to meet up with friends nearby. The place was charming but run down. The walls had many holes and scuffs that could have easily been fixed with spackle and a coat of paint. The fireplace/thermostat didn’t work until the last night we stayed. "Renee’s property was great, right on the outside of the village, away from all the foot traffic. Everything (bars/ restaurants/ shopping) within 5-7 minute walk. 2 hot tubs are very spacious, we never had issues finding space in them after a day on the slopes. The lifts are right outside the building, would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for all of the great recommendations while we were in town- it was an A trip!"

"This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. Location is convenient to Palisades and Tahoe City, We definitely would stay here again."

"We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Good location, clean studio, and easy walk through the trees to access the lift. Only suggestion is to have more lights in the room, it was a little dark for me. "

"Well priced for a small studio room with 2 queen beds. A lot to do around the property and small half kitchen with most of the extras provided. Only issue was lack of coffee for the Keurig."

"The condo is well-maintained. The best location in the village, with only a few steps away from the gondola and right above the fitness center and jacuzzi. Our family enjoyed it very much. "

"My only major objection is that we were not allowed to remain in the unit’s designated parking space after the 11:00 am checkout time. So because we wanted to ski until the afternoon of checkout day, we were required to move the car to a paid parking spot."

"We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. "

"The condo is at a perfect location in Northstar Village. It is cozy but well-organized with everything you need. The one or two minor things we contacted the owner regarding were quickly addressed. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!"
