The staff were extremely friendly and helpful--we hit some local hills for early season sledding and they set us up with sleds and helmets. We will be back!"

"My husband & I were very happy with our stay at South Lake Chalet. The location was great, we walked to Heavenly Village everyday for shopping and restaurants. The room was nicely updated, cute little kitchenette and clean bathroom. Lots of thoughtful amenities & extras (earplugs & masks, makeup wipes, extra towels, etc). We had our dog with us and had no problems. Would definitely stay here again!"

The unit is extremely well-equipped with coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, great towels, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Bed and pillows very comfortable. One night the AC went out and we were unable to restart. Ultimately we flipped a circuit breaker and restarted. Owner very responsive, send repair crew next day (already solved). Suggest adding circuit label for AC (currently says HP-1) and add instructions to helpful notebook on what to...
