"When I first arrived in my hotel room, the heater was making an incredibly loud noise when it came on. I called to the front desk, and I was told to put my suitcase on it to keep it from making that noise. I did not because I didn’t know how that was gonna help. The noise did get a little bit better."

"Don't book here!!! It's a scam!!!! The hotel is LITERALLY shut down!!!! We got here for our reservation on Sept 22, 2024 to find a shut down hotel! We had to pay TRIPLE the price elsewhere because the hotel AND Expedia never contacted us! And Expedia is refusing to reimburse us for the room that was triple the price! Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting customer service! "

"We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room appeared, especially liked the hardwood floors as ya never know what carpets are hiding! Beyond this, my only complaints would be the extremely THIN comforters and the sketchy looking tub, as if I were the owner would sand down & reglaze all those that looked dirty, dinge or chipped. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, thanks!"
