"This was our first time traveling with our Golden Retriever, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a pet-friendly hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. I almost thought I had forgotten to mention that we had a dog- the hotel was so clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly, and we will definitely be staying here again "

"The staff at Ty hotel was wonderful. The server at the rooftop bar - not so much. She was rude to our group from the second we walked in and there were 12 of us. You’d think she’d be happy to get a group that large. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. The rooftop was one of the reasons we chose this hotel- I hope they can get customer service figured out up there. "

"We love this hotel. It has several restaurants. The rooms are really nice and everything is clean. The parking can be tough because you have to valet, so if you leave anything in your car, you have to wait for them to go get it. Other than that, we think it is perfection, and we have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. Just an FYI ... Parking is $35 per night and taxes were around $30 per night. ."

"We came in to tour the college. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. But we never got housekeeping done to our room. I had to call two times Finally at7:00 pm Sunday night someone brought a couple of towels. Our room when we got there was clean. But it is a noisy hotel."
