"From the moment we walked through the door, we were comfortable and knew we could expect an enjoyable weekend visiting our UT student. The property was spacious and extremely clean and had an abundance of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and more. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable. "Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. "Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again."

"This is a cute studio condo perfect for one person. It's in a great location and has basically everything you need. The host is amazing and quick to respond about anything you need. There were a couple things to fix, but he is on it. The futon is not comfortable, but may be okay for a very small child. The regular bed IS comfortable. The parking is covered, which is super nice. It keeps your car dry and cool. "
