"The front lobby was an inviting gathering place. The queen bed and sofa were perfect firmness for me. The ice/snow storm were challenging, but the lot got plowed and salted, and the staff stepped up in helping one another to assist guests and get tasks done efficiently. Jimmy (GM), Barbara, Tiffany and Tiffany (staff I had interactions with) make this hitel unique and i really appreciated that my service dog DJ was treated like a guest, as well. I look forward to my next stay. "

"ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. THERE WASN'T A ICE BUCKET OR PLASTIC GLASSES IN OUR ROOM. THE SHEETS ON OUR BED WERE TOO SMALL..NOT COVERING OUR FEET,"
