"You have to take this into the context that it was eight degrees below zero outside. the manager had the room set at 60 when we arrived. The heating system is a heat pump and they don't work well below zero anyway, so it took a long time to even get the room to 70. The one warm thing is the staff. They did what they could to make our stay comfortable. They extra blankets made for a good nights rest, and isn't that what we come for?
