"The stay was good. However, the bathroom in our suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We think the person above or below us may have been smoking in their bathroom. We need to keep fan in bathroom to get rid of odor. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was good, staff was very courteous."

"The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work."
