"Caitlyn at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find the best room for my needs away from the busy street. The hotel renovated rooms are really worth it and made me feel like I was staying in a beautiful home. The mix of the beautiful paned windows, brick walls, gorgeous tile and marble bathrooms...it all felt like being at my house. Enjoyed our stay

"Loved the ambience of the hotel that it used to be a bank. We enjoyed the location giving us easy access to the Riverwalk and sidewalk. The staff were friendly, especially those who worked the kickback. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the people who left the luggage strollers in the elevator and hallways need to be hit in the side of the head for their laziness. "
