"Overall we were very pleased with our stay and experience with the Loveland house and in dealing with the hosts ! If I were to point out any cons, the only thing I could see improvement in is the dishwasher could be replaced in my opinion, and the pool towels were very small, we would probably bring our own beach towels next time. Other than that, the house was very accommodating for our large family ! We would definitely stay again !!! "

"I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the rental. The host was welcoming and helpful, but the listing did not seem to specify that the rental was the back part of the house. Also, as the host changes the keyless passcode for each rental, we had to wait for her to let us in. The dryer was also not straightforward to use, and could have done with instructions. Otherwise, very pleasant."

"I couldn't be more happy with the location!! Being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee bars was a huge convenience. And if the weather happens to be horrible, there are plenty of technical gadgets to make staying inside fun! This historical home has current updates that will make your stay very comfortable. Kelly is a great communicator, eager to please and sensible. She replied always in a timely manner to my texts. I have to admit I am very picky and the little things matter....

"This home was the perfect location for a girls weekend. The house was clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. We spent most of our time cooking and sitting around the kitchen nook table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including plates and dishes for our toddler. There was plenty of room to spread out and the three bathrooms were a plus for women getting ready. "Condo is located about .8 mile walk from downtown. It is as advertised for two persons. Condo was clean, and easy to get to CSU which was our purpose. My only issue was cold shower and uncomfortable bed. "

"Great location, quick drive to Ft.Collins & Estes Park with tons of outdoor exploring options. Huge home, suitable for large groups. Private, fenced yard for dogs. Quiet,safe neighborhood close to shopping, dining and main highways. Well maintained &clean home with all the necessary amenities including plenty of parking. Host was very responsive and even offered concierge services! This home made our 1st visit to CO welcoming and comfortable. Would definitely book this property again."

"I went to see two of my kids for the night, who go to CSU. I was amazed at how close everything was, checking in/checking out was so easy, the room was INCREDIBLE, comfy, and had everything you need. The fridge came in handy also! The communication with the management was top notch, and I hope to stay there every time I come to town! "

"This is my second one-week stay at this lovely loft as we prepared to move to Fort Collins. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. It has just about everything you need, and importantly, nothing you don't need. No clutter or unnecessary items or decorations to get in your way"

"We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner except the pan on which the turkey was cooked. We expected that and brought one. The home was cozy and warm. It's old and squeaky, which didn't bother us and even gave it some character. There was a very nice fenced-in space outside for our little dog. The home was very clean. The price was right and conveniently located.I e-mailed the host a few times and she always answered promptly."

"The stay was for an anniversary getaway. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The entire property has so much class and character with a lot of cozy nooks and corners full of retro furniture to hang out in. Being a music-themed hotel, you can find records all around which you can take up to your room and play on your own personal record player. The hotel also has a unique bar that features live music, as well as a separate full restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are amazing, they are not the biggest, but just right in a comfortable way. Also for those who prioritize their fitness, there is a gorgeous gym that can accommodate your fitness needs. It is situated on the corner of the second floor and offers a nice floor to cieling view of the city. The hotel has created an amazing ambiance that makes you just want to spend time there unlike other generic standard hotels which present no reason other than to just sleep there. On a side note, for a hotel with a bar that features live music from 8-11, we did not hear a tune from our room on the second floor which was nice to know we could relax and get some good sleep in a quiet room."
