"Our room was nice but we stayed in winter and our heat didn’t work. We only stayed one night and after mentioning the heat issue in the morning to the hotel they didn’t bother to offer any sort of concession. The don’t find that to be professional. Stayed there numerous times but lately I feel the customer service isn’t up to par. Our bartender at dinner didn’t take our order or even offer drinks until after 15 minutes of sitting at the bar - a bit clueless. Pretty hotel but as I said I think...

"Was so cozy - beautifully decorated and fabulous beds. We loved the gas fireplace in our room and lovely touches for instance Bedtime tea in a china cup and cookies waiting in the evening. Also wine and cheese and an elaborate “continental” breakfast. Wonderful. "

"Both girls at the front desk at check in and Check out were very nice and helpful. We appreciated the water bottles at check in as well. We were a little Confused as to why we needed to use our key card to operate the lights in the room. There was also long , Black curly hair in the shower from someone before us. Other than that, we would return . Great location and very helpful employees ."
