"Had to stay here unexpectedly due to major traffic delays on I-70. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Pool and hot tub were a nice surprise. Pet friendly however didn’t smell like some of the pet friendly rooms at other hotels have. Everything was clean as could be given the age. This is in no way a luxury type hotel but more a cozy mountain 80s vibe but not in a bad way. It’s just aged and the look and feel is such but even for the age it was very clean. "The place has a great location near a ski rental and the bus stop. Bus schedule was a little iffy, but its close enough to walk if need be. I would not call it a ski-in/ski out. Place was clean, warm, nice fireplace. I did not use the pool or laundry, but the hot tub was shut down because of people not showering. "
