"Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street. "

"We were looking for a decent hotel with breakfast and a pool, and were so impressed by this find! Yes, there’s free breakfast, but also a filling, free dinner complete with three free bar drinks for each adult. Free soda and popcorn all day kept the kids happy.
