"Beautiful and well maintained property in the center of town. An old house very tastefully renovated with beautifully renovated apartments. There was a washing machine in our unit! A library on the ground floor! All very tasteful"

"A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."

"Very quiet apartment with a nice view to the canal. Building in very good condition and clean. The shower of one of the bathrooms was very small and also the water pressure could have been better."

"The apartment is situated on a quiet street, close to all the restaurants and shops. We loved the gondola view and the spacious layout. We thoroughly enjoyed the place, though the bathrooms are a bit outdated. "

"This place was amazing! Each room is like its own apartment, very clean and comfortable! Would have loved to be able to stay more than one night here and explore the city more. "Traveling to Europe with a party of 9 can be challenging, especially when it comes to accomodations. When we found a place that had enough beds for all 9 of us in Venice we booked. We were expecting a medium sized apartment like we had in Rome and Florence, that while a bit tight they worked wonderfully. When we opened the door to Riva Palace we were shocked! "The location of this property is ideal and the views down to the canals are unbeatable. The rooftop dining table was an added bonus . The apartment is very quiet and was very clean. Like most of Venice you have to go up two flights of stairs. tootstairs"

"The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. "

"The property is wonderful. Close to many shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from San Marcos square. The host are most wonderful. The view is amazing. Staying here you will not be disappointed. Totally worth it."

"Great location close to Mestre train station where the airport buses also operate to and from. Easy access to heart of Venice by train for a few Euros and many trains per hour. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff offering a bag store too if your schedule requires it (ours didn't). "
