"Overall the place is beautiful clean and well located in a more quiet area which was perfect . The room is beautiful and spacious, they offer snacks coffee , full kitchen and beautiful garden in the back . Make sure you take a water taxi to get to the property. Waking from the parking area is a good 15 mins walk and with luggage makes it hard , also make sure you pay the fees before arriving , they wouldn’t give us the code of the door unless it was done but they send it a day before ( my fault...

"This is a beautiful, historic apartment, very clean, safe, and very close to the Venice train station. Very quiet location with plenty of room with two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large kitchen, and a huge living area with a comfy couch that fit the whole family. It's about a 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square and it's fun to wind your way through Venice on the way. At the end of the day it's an easy water taxi back (water taxi drop off is 3 minutes away). "We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. "Large and comfortable room, nice and quiet in the island of Murano, with the Museo stop for the vaporetto right at the door. Service was excellent, they had the beautiful detail of gifting me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, nice! The personnel at the desk provide you with all info you need. It has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, not sure for lunch. Stan and Ricky from the bar were great and lots of fun, they celebrated my BDay with music and dance. Thank you all!"
