"This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. "The place was sparkling clean and comfortable with all the essentials for our weekend stay. Close to Penn for our event. On-street parking was not a problem at all over the weekend. Would definitely return due to proximity to campus. Too cold to enjoy the garden!"

"We just spent three nights at this location and found the house to be clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some essentials. The area is in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. "The size of the house was perfect for a family of 9 of all ages. The kids and the adults had a great time, the entertainment area was just what we needed. The owner was reachable and responded when available. Wish we could have stayed longer but will like to come back in the summer if possible."

"This house fit our needs well! There was cold A/C, wifi, towels, bed linens, necessary kitchen tools and free parking in a lot behind. It was clean and check-in and communication were easy. We were there for a local job so can't leave any advice on the town or sites, maybe next time we will get to see them and enjoy more. The location was perfect for us.
