"I think some hostels are better than this. 1. Hot water - did not work whole trip, and when it did work it was dripping out water as if it was drizzling outside. And not to mention, wait 15 mins for it to come and it isnt even strong. And not hot enough. 2. Location / Address on listing - Was absolutely incorrect. "The hotel is in excellent condition, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff are very nice and try to make stay very pleasant. Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our three nigh start at Akyra. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Chaing Mai"

I took off a star because the dining options were confusing - in order to have breakfast at the hotel you have to book it in advance the day before.
