"Clean, safe and quiet! Very convenient for a short stay in Chiang Mai, easy to get around and close to airport. I took off a star because the dining options were confusing - in order to have breakfast at the hotel you have to book it in advance the day before. "We had a great stay at the Chaya. In particular the staff were all very friendly and attentive. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious and kept to a high standard. We didn’t have breakfast and didn’t tour the local area so can’t comment, but for the pool and the room we would highly recommend this hotel. Short taxi away from the airport and the Old town and local enough for tours to collect us from the hotel. "
