"We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! The owner was quick to respond to all our questions before & during our stay. Well done Orchard Villa!"

"Great stay at this property with my daughters and their families. The cottage was very clean and only a block away from the lake. Little extras were appreciated at this property, including a welcome tray of goodies with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the pool and nearby park. Niagara on the Lakes restaurants are all close by. "This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. We called the host, he said there is no cleaners available and said he can deduct cleaning fee. We told him there is no way my family can stay at the house with pan masala was spot on the sheet. "Great little cottage."

"Very cute and clean. This is definitely a cottage and it was a little chilly in January. (The bathroom floor is very cold.) The kitchen is tired, but well stocked and functional. Seems very minor, but the refrigerator door opens on the wrong side which just makes things awkward and could easily be switched. Hosts were great. Shovelled the driveway and brushed off our cars after a snowfall."

"We have stayed here many times but the hotel is beginning to be dated. We have stayed 2x in the past month for various functions and in both rooms we stayed in the toilets constantly make noise and run. Wallpaper and paint is beginning to look sad and peeling but otherwise beds are comfy and it is a convenient location. "

"A very fun and unique location for all ages. The staff are incredibly patient and kind, ensuring all safety precautions are in place. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which had an excellent variety of food. Our server was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. However, the hallways were loud at times, as early as 6 am. We will definitely return in the near future!"
