"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Hotel. Check in and check out was simple, staff were friendly and for the most part it was fairly clean. Loved the falls view room and that it was within walkable distance to so pretty much all the attractions and amenities on clifton hill. Would definitely stay here again with my family. "

"We stayed in a corner suite and had a spectacular view, although a non corner higher floor room has great views as well. Some random experiences; -didn’t hear any neighbours -elevators were quick -since parking is right out back, coming and going for day trips was quick and easy -workout room is smaller than other places I’ve stayed, but works in a pinch -easy walk to the casino and very close to the Falls Incline Railway "

"The front desk staff are a delight - the ease with which you can contact them (simply text the number on your key card) was so good. Every hotel needs to do this. The updated rooms are super nice and the bathrooms are the same. Had dinner at the NOTL restaurant downstairs and have nothing bad to say about any of it (had the burger, steak frites and the tuna appetizer). Took the brownie to go and can confirm that that was also delicious. Just stay here - you’ll love it. "
