"What an amazing find of a hotel. Nestled away in a back alley in Hanoi, this is old school charm with a massive tough of glam. The photos look EXACTLY like the actual property, which is always a good thing! Beautiful foyer, spacious room, friendly staff, solid wi-fi, good water pressure, comfy bed. "We had a great four night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right near the lake with lots of dining choices close by. But by far, the greatest light of this hotel is the staff and how they look after you like family. A special shout out to Susan Lily & Ly, for taking particular care of me on a day I didn’t feel quite so well. ❤️"

"We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout. "
