"I always enjoy staying here - nice location, friendly staff, quirky rooms, nice pub downstairs. Be warned that this is not a standard, generic hotel! An older building with "character", which I enjoy but others may not. Would not be good if you have mobility issues: lots of stairs (even in the rooms), small elevator, baths difficult to enter/exit. Internet OK but spotty in some locations. Walls are fairly thin (you can hear your neighbors talking) but I've never heard the pub patrons, even...

"We had an amazing stay here this weekend with our teenage children. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and very spacious. Food was great and service impeccable. Neil was so welcoming and helpful. Amazing to have 3 EV chargers on site too. We stayed here and travelled on to Anfield, it was perfect. Thank you to all the team! Andrea "

"Downstairs great, restaurant, breakfast, bar, especially the service and welcime though. Uostaurs us tired, dribbly shower, radiators don't seem to work (there is an oil heater supplied), caroet a bit manky and old. Needs some investment to bring the place back. For the centre of Knutsford this was all quite a surprise... "
