"The air conditioning power and user control needs improvement but I noticed a bunch of fans sitting in the hallway so I suspect they're aware of the issue and doing their best to resolve that. "We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed."

"Convenient to all central Auckland, room was standard but a bit Dusty toilet paper holder dirty and blinds , not a complaint tho . Staff friendly, good variety of information for visiting Auckland. Community kitchen facility was absolutely immaculate and a nice lounge area to swap books or meet people. Zero alcohol policy which is good, be aware of the $140 bond regardless of paying in advance which is standard policy. Would stay again "

"We had a great stay. Our trip was split into two parts and we had the studio room for the first part and the one bedroom for the second part. The kitchenette and laundry facility included with the rooms are great. Plenty of space. Next to Myers Park and easy walking distance to the airport bus and other public transport links. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Auckland. "

"The hotel was pretty central within Auckland, easy to find. The security deposit of $150 actually takes at least 3 weeks to go back into your bank account...not 3-5 working days as we were told."
