"It was in a clean area. It was near by food options. Quite for the most part. They only downfall was the ac was not working and they didnt reveal until after they took the security deposit"

"The reception staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the booking problems created by Expedia's confusing system. The room had amazing views looking out upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping and the parking was diabolical. It was lucky we have a small car; a large car just wouldn't get in there. "

"Unwelcoming other guests on the property being issued milk and other food by security guards. On checkin we were given the key to our room. However the room had not been cleaned, unmade bed, used towels all over room, toilet not flushed, alcohol cans in kitchen, not a good welcoming for me & my 13 year old son. We took a refund & left"

"Everything was great. Excellent location, helpful staff. The laundry facilities and kitchen included with the accommodation are very handy especially when you a light packer! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and the airport bus and other transport links."

"We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed."
