"We had a great stay. Our trip was split into two parts and we had the studio room for the first part and the one bedroom for the second part. The kitchenette and laundry facility included with the rooms are great. Plenty of space. Next to Myers Park and easy walking distance to the airport bus and other public transport links. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Auckland. "

"The air conditioning power and user control needs improvement but I noticed a bunch of fans sitting in the hallway so I suspect they're aware of the issue and doing their best to resolve that. We simply brought one into our room for the night. Also, the body wash ran out in the shower which was a bummer. The king bed was actually two single beds pushed together but we found that to be really comfortable, we both had such a good sleep. The lady at reception was great. Overall, for the price, we...

"The rooms were good. The mattresses weren't the best, but they served their purpose. We had a look at the pool, but we were too busy to appreciate it. The front desk staff were always happy to help. We requested that one room be changed from a queen bed to two single beds, and they didn't hesitate or charge extra. The parking was quite confined, so if you have a large or long vehicle you might get quite close to the walls 😉"

"Unwelcoming other guests on the property being issued milk and other food by security guards. On checkin we were given the key to our room. However the room had not been cleaned, unmade bed, used towels all over room, toilet not flushed, alcohol cans in kitchen, not a good welcoming for me & my 13 year old son. We took a refund & left"
