"Good location and great size room. We had the executive King Suite. When we arrived, bathroom had a large puddle of water over the floor. This also happened every time the room was serviced. In all the hotel rooms I’ve stayed at in my life. I’ve never had such a badly made bed. The doona was hanging on the floor and just pulled up nothing else.
