"Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. Can't wait "

"Overall excellent experience. Didn’t like the ipad in room communication. Did not work for checking Rooftop bar menu and sent our room service order twice. Best value was prepaid breakfast. Worst value was room service Cheese Platter missing one of three cheese (2 received) & tiny portions"

"Initially I read the reviews after booking and was regretting my choice, however once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, This is a lovely place to stay and the food is good too. The thing that makes this place is the staff, every single staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly even going above what one would reasonably expect. Great place to stay, and I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews first. "
