"We have stayed in this hotel before but this time stayed in a junior suite which was superb and a similar cost to a standard room in many other city centre hotels. The hotel is located very centrally, just a few minutes walk from the train station, quayside and shopping areas. We were welcomed by friendly staff and check in was straight forward. Our suite was superb - large, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom felt very luxurious with a free standing bath, large rainfall shower, robes and White Company toiletries. We slept very well although there was some noise from the bar initially - to be expected in a city centre hotel/bar on a Friday night and it was not excessive. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of cooked dishes as well as a full range of cereals, pastries and continental items. We enjoyed some great cocktails in the bar in the evenings. Service was excellent throughout with friendly and helpful staff. Overall a truly wonderful stay and incredible value for money, we will definitely be back "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were lovely and clean.. Bed was massive. We booked superior king room. Central to the heart of the city. Breakfast was buffet style and also had ceresls and fruit. Catered for everyone. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay x 😘 "
