"My husband & i visit Newberg often to see his mom. We've stayed in all the hotels, but this place is more convenient to downtown - walkable to several restaurants, bars, etc. Loved having a full kitchen too. Thanks Yamhill Flats!"

"Came to town to visit family for two weeks. This is a great location. Everything is a short walk away. Including the grocery. Comfortable space, except I suggest a step ladder be available in the common area. I had to climb on a chair to reach water glasses and other items in the kitchen cabinets. Also, be careful coming up the stairs if you have a larger suitcase. I do plan on returning here for my next visit. Perhaps one of the other Yamhill flats. "

"This apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean, and right downtown in Newberg. I’m a veteran traveler and this was the most comfortable overnight stay ever! The only downside is traffic noise due to location but the hosts thought of that too and provided earplugs"
