Not awful, area is great! Housekeeping don't speak English. I had to use Google translate as both housekeepers didn't know what a towel was. The room was simple, comfortable enough, but there were long hairs all over the shower. Not a lot of detail to cleanliness. The check in was annoying, it was the first time i was asked for physical ID for myself and any guests ... really??? If i am paying for the room and responsibile for it and my credit card is there for incidentals, why do you need to card my guests? It was frustrating and i stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was a first for me.

Decent place for the area. Next to gym so VERY convenient. Staff is friendly. Rooms were clean. Make sure to request for extra towels because their towels are small.

I was pleasantly surprised that this motel had been recently updated. My room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant and friendly.

The internet was bad, there wasn't two bedside tables, the doorknob fell off of the bathroom, and the outdoor lock didn't function with our keys sometimes.

After rudely being told, I there was no chair in the lobby to sit on because there was a tree there instead and then, upon leaning on the wall, accidentally leaning on the air conditioner being yelled at not to lean on the air conditioner, I went into the snack area and sat on the floor. On the morning of the 16th I went to extend my stay. I was told I was DNR Which I didn't know the meaning for. Once I found out it meant do not return meaning I couldn't stay there. I asked why and they literally said "you know why.!" I have no idea what I did because I just slept for each night. I'm disabled and will leave every morning to go stay with my mom and come back late at night. I never did anything. Wrong.. I finally found out that they said I had been rude and multiple people reported that but I never saw multiple people and I never communicated with anyone except for the one time in the lobby regarding not having a chair I was not mean I was in pain and I might've crumbled under my breath, but I did not say anything to anyone that would be considered rude, and when I asked the other employees, they had no idea what the woman was talking about. They told me I had to leave the property where they were going to call the police. I hadn't slept all night because my neighbor was up and having sex all night and smoking cigarettes but they were kicking me out for no reason it was 9 days before Christmas and I was crying asking what I did wrong & all they said was call Customer Serv
