"Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express New Iberia! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast had great options. However, the elevator stayed dirty for two days with spills, which was disappointing. Convenient location near Avery Island. Would definitely stay again but hope housekeeping improves in common areas."

"When we arrived, there was no remote for the tv. We called the front desk and they came up Immediately with one. When we got back from dinner it was quite chilly so we turned on our heater. It sounded like a freight train roaring through. Since we had already had one issue, we didn’t want to call again so we just turned it off and tried staying warm under the covers."
