"Great place to stay if you have a cruise trip - you can walk over to the cruise terminal. We had a room with a separate loft bed. The room also had full cooking facilities."

"A lovely spacious hotel that was spotlessly clean. The room was plenty big enough complete with a desk and seat, the bathroom was a very good size and again spotless. A large carpark and a restaurant on site with plenty of options for evening dining and a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast options. This hitel is also a great place to stay for Southampton visits and was nice and convenient for a overnight night stay before our cruise leaving from Southampton. We would definitely stay here again"

The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. The rooms were clean, efficient and as described - closer to a dormitory room than a high end traditional hotel room - which was fine as we were only there for the one night prior to getting on to a cruise. The hotel is easily reached from the Southampton Central station, the cruise port and the Old Town. "

"I was only staying one night so didn't make use of the facilities so can only comment on my room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean which is what I would expect from being a 3-star hotel. I did have an issue with the bathroom though. The shower didn't really work, pressure not good, and shower curtain came down while pulling it closed! Tap water seemed a bit sporadic. Staff service excellent!"
