"First, the only way go stay closer to the cathedral would be to pitch a tent on the lawn! So much room, large kitchen and separate dining room. Really large bedrooms. Entire house super well kept and clean. We are picky travelers and we loved this place! "

The property was extremely well furnished, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, even to cook a complete Christmas dinner for us all with all the trimmings. "What a great property. Its location to restaurants, historical sites, and the cruise terminal was fantastic. The house felt very homey and comfortable. If I return to Southampton I will definitely look to stay here again. "

"The house is situated on three different levels. There is a beautiful open kitchen with dining room and lounge downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from serving a bowl of cereal. tohaving a cocktail. "

"The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"A really unique location in a converted boathouse right on the waterfront. When not out and about we spent a happy time just sitting watching the tide come in and out with loads of bird-life and passing cruise linsers. Right by Waitrose for emergency shopping and very short walk to restaurants"

"Stayed here for an 80th birthday celebration. Very well equipped property with lovely rooms. Lovely kitchen area and conservatory room offering a great space for all being together. Enjoyed the hot tub and the children loved the play area. Would recommend for a large group/party. "
