"Though we are next to Tennoji Zoo, hardly any smell and the place is less than 5mins walk away from Shinsaikei. Despite so, it’s pretty quiet and safe (just avoid the porn-theatre if you have kids). If you are driving, the place is pretty near to the main highway and ETC exit. We had no problem driving from Ikoma. Since we plan to visit USJ, Osaka Aquarium etc, we drove to KIX after check in and train back via rapid Svc (less than 40mins @peak period). Most importantly it’s pretty near to two...

The apartment hotel was quite spacious, definitely much better then most japan hotels in the same price range. Fully equipped with good appliances (washing machine, balcony drying rack, gas stove top, good non stick pots/pans/utensils , small toaster oven, microwave, mid size fridge freezer, kettle, clothes steamer, hangers in a mid size wardrobe with a deodorizer/sanitizer spray) host instructions...

Con: complicated check in process, property owner only provided room access code but not building access code. Building access code is provided via a phone call upon arrival; however, as a foreigner you don't have a phone, and there was no public phone around."
