"APA hotel was a pleasant stay. The rooms were small, but had all the necessities needed. Location was close to the JR station, and an 8-10 minute walk from the Namba train station. The hotel also has a public bath separated by gender which is free for guests to use. The check in process was self-service, and can have glitches with the machine, which made the process a little frustrating. The staff however were helpful. "

"Had travelled to Japan more than 18 times. Been to Osaka many times as well. Decided to book this as compared to other areas at shinshabashi as they have a connecting room. Location is just across Namba station, lots of eateries. The hotel is very busy, reception is at level 2. The hotel has this policy where they will have to clean your room every third day. We normally don’t request for cleaning as it is a hassle. So we think that hotel should allow that. We requested for high floor and they...
