As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. "I liked that I was able to connect my laptop to the hotel tv. I came to Japan to look for work, but when I wanted to relax at the end of the day, I was able to enjoy my own content on the hotel room tv. The hotel was also close to the train station and near some convenience stores, so I never wanted for anything. There was also a Matsuya nearby which was convenient for cheap eats! "
