"It was a pleasant surprise for us to arrive to a room (Clover City View Room) with a king bed and not a double bed as advertized. The room has everything we needed. The only down side of the room was the lack of space after we had our medium size luggage and another two smaller ones opened. However, it's HK!! With the price we paid, I have no complaint! The hotel is great."

"Attentive and professional staff, generally clean and tidy, just a little tired and dated fixtures and fittings. The refrigerator was very noisy (throughout the night cooling nothing inside) there weren’t enough cloths hangers for a weeks worth of business meetings, there is no minibar as they suggested, and surfaces were a little sticky and dusty round the edges. Despite one very pleasant evening in the bar (after a particularly long day), two subsequent visits were aborted due to no staff?"
