"The first night. Was not a good time for me? And I reviewed it. The staff was very good. I attempted to change hotels, decided against it. Because I had booked the room through a travel agent and it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. The big silver lining to this whole experience is leaving today, I can report that all the things that we're of issues we're addressed by the hotel. The staff went through extraordinary efforts trying to contact me to make sure things we're taken...

"Beautiful views from our room. Very clean and well put together. Blackout curtains helped with jet lag. Internet was a bit patchy. Bed was very hard which helped with back pain but may be a lot for people with different preferences. Check in and out were seamless. Location is perfect for taking public transit and lots of things in walking distance. Enjoyed our brief stay!"

"The accommodation itself was fantastic. Spacious room and spacious bath with a great vibe overall. Very comfortable bed. Great view of the harbour. Close proximity to the metro and several shops. The area felt very safe. The only pitfall I thought was that the quality of breakfast was below average for a hotel like this. The choice was very limited, yet priced far more than it's actual worth in my opinion. The staff were very helpful, I must add."
