It was way beyond our expectations in many aspects: 1. Priceless ocean view 2. Clean and new all around 3. Great service front desk 4. The place is new and it is easily accessible to the MTR. There are few stores nearby the hotel but close at around 9pm. The only thing I don't enjoy is the architecture design; A mirror cabinet is installed in the washroom but it is right above the sink that is very close to the wall. This makes me tuck my head to avoid hitting the cabinet. Overall I like the hotel, there is a park and pool on 23rd & 25th to enjoy the view.

Great place to work and live. It’s 7 minute walk to MTR so quite convenient. There are not many restaurants until they open up below or you walk 10 minutes to the local shopping centre. Taxi’s know the place so generally all good.

Our 2 bed apartment had a great view to Hong Kong island. There's a washer/ dryer machine in the apartment which is a bonus. All the staffs were very polite and accommodating.

Great views and location
Great location close to MTR, we stayed in a two bedroom sea view and the views were excellent. Decent size for HK. House keeping was only once every 3 days though and with kids the floor gets filthy without daily vacuum. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel.

The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups. There was no dishwasher in the unit, but the hotel also refused to provide any dish cleaning materials, even with request. The roof top bar close early at 10 pm, and also closed every Monday When the manager asked about our stay, I explained what we encountered, but he was genuinely not interested in any negative comments.
