"Beautiful and striking hotel. Easy check in and clean rooms. Pillows need better condition and maybe helpful to provide inroom amenity like toothbrush, toiletry kit & water. For a fancy hotel, we expected these as basic part. Microwave on the room, but doesn’t work. "

"There are plenty of hotels near this so competition is stiff, but it doesn’t feel like Sheraton stepped up to their brand unlike other Sheraton properties I’ve been at this year. I think the disrespectful guests were a huge part of the problem and unfortunately the hotel can’t turn away rude travellers making a scene in the lobby and smoking on non-smoking floors. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it led to a poor experience for us. "
