"Good hotel for Disney theme experience. Very grand in its nature, and nice views from balcony. However, we paid a lot for buffet breakfast where the Disney characters are meant to take photos. We did this for two days in a row and on both days only Mickey and Goofey made appearances. Very disappointing for our daughter who only wanted to come to Disneyland for the princesses, and frozen characters. I appreciate there are a lot of different characters but if you are paying $80 AUD for a OK buffet...

"We liked how close it was to the airport but the fact that the shuttle didnt work past midnight was an issue as our flight arrived at 2am. The room was nice but the shower in our room didnt have good water pressure which kind of made that experience sour. "

"Really enjoyed my stay, all the staff were polite and kind - They took in my deliveries to the hotel and notified me straight away. Facilities were great and breakfast had a lot of choices - I would definitely return!"

"Proximity to Tourist hot spots in Tsim Sha Tsui and the waterfront. Lots of restaurants around the open plaza. Laneways to the Plaza is a bit dark and dirty."

"There are plenty of hotels near this so competition is stiff, but it doesn’t feel like Sheraton stepped up to their brand unlike other Sheraton properties I’ve been at this year. I think the disrespectful guests were a huge part of the problem and unfortunately the hotel can’t turn away rude travellers making a scene in the lobby and smoking on non-smoking floors. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it led to a poor experience for us. "
