From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city.
