"Jasper is a great host - he is thoughtful and attentive. They clean the rooms and change towels every day - personally, I appreciated the big bath towels! The area is a quiet residential area AND really close to the metro and trams, making everything accessible. It is really close to Zuid station, which is a straight shot from Schiphol airport. I would recommend this little gem to anyone. "

"The male manager when I arrived was not super nice, but I think Dutch culture overall have an opportunity window to improve in hospitality. I say it directly because you do get pride in be direct: Treat tourists with more empathy and kindness, “directness” and “rudeness” are not the same thing, the rest of the world understand the difference, show more that you too. "

"This is a beautiful property in the heart of Amsterdam. We’ve been to Amsterdam a few times now and always stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, amenities are great, and the location of the hotel is very central. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do (besides Keukenhof, but that’s far from Amsterdam). "
