"Love this hostel! It was one of the workers birthday and we all celebrated. It was so fun to make small talk with people as well. The bar can be chaos but if you need time to chill without so many people you can walk down stairs to the happy room (living room) and there is a full kitchen aswell. If I ever get a chance to come back to amsterdam i'm definitely spending a few nights here!"

"Property is well located for sightseeing and on a busy street with a supermarket and plenty of food options. Staff were friendly enough and bag store was there for keeping luggage safe after checkout etc. It is run down though and if you dont like steep stairs then it's not one to visit (though this can be said of most Amsterdam hotels). "I booked this hostel because it was closest to where my son lives. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with loads to do in the evening and good transport links into the city and convenient for visoting my son too.
