"The first room we were given did not have a working hot tub. The staff was helpful in moving us but placed us in a room that didn't have balcony access. They offered to move us again but at this point we had already unpacked our bags and would have had to pack up again. It would have been nice if they would have asked us if we were ok with being in a room that did not have balcony access as some of the other rooms do have balcony access.
