"The hotel was in a prime location for the heart of the city, 2 minute walk from Sol metro station or 5 minutes to a taxi rank. The room was spacious, very clean great view of the square. It was very quiet being three floors up no street noise. A kettle in the room with tea, coffee and a fridge...is always perfect for me! Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside was the wet room, brilliant powerful shower, clean and modern but the water went everywhere and flooded...

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

But you still have to book a Grab or Taxi, so perhaps staying in town no difference. The apartment does provide a kettle, cups, cutlery, refrigerator. Unfortunately no washing machine, nor dryer, just the laundry service. Nothing to do there except perhaps a walk to a rather large shopping mall."
